Resident Occupied Renovation
M&R has worked with numerous senior living communities to complete renovations of units of occupied independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities. These projects require M&R to work closely with residents and facility staff. Successful completion of these projects required minimal disruption to residents and the daily operations of the facility. Working in occupied senior living communities during the COVID-19 pandemic required our crews to adhere to strict PPE requirements as well as to conduct daily health screenings before entering the job site.
